Meet The Eldridge's
Scott and Brandon, Father and Son duo with a passion for making maple syrup, planned and built our sap house in 2016. Over the last 3 years we have grown a little bigger each year adding more taps, equipment and products and hope to continue to grow for years to come.
In 2018 we had around 400 taps.
Our 2x4 wood fired evaporator produced about 80 gallons of syrup, our best year yet.
In 2019 we have upgraded to around 1,000 taps and a new 2.5x8 oil fired evaporator.
It takes an army
We wouldn't be where we are today without all the help from our family and friends. From helping build, collecting sap, firewood and everywhere in between we thank all our family, friends and customers for helping us get to where we are today!
